Yogurt was one of my favorite snacks as a kid. I remember my parents buying "fruit on the bottom" yogurt and I loved stirring it until it was a creamy blend of fruit and yogurt, though sometimes I'd push the yogurt out of the way just to get a spoonful of strawberry mush. The other day, I learned how to make yogurt from almonds, so now I'm sharing that with you!
As New Year's Resolutions go, here's one of mine: eat healthier. My half marathon time suffered significantly over the course of 2015 compared to 2014, due partially to not training as much as I should have been for the distances I was running, but also due to a lot of pizza, hi-chew candy, and sugary soda.
